Hair Miles is our exclusive loyalty programme that offers you rewards on products and services purchased. Hair Miles can be redeemed in our webshop and clinics.
How do I sign up?
If you have an active customer account with Hårklinikken you will automatically have been registered with our Hair Miles programme. To sign up, create an account by clicking ‘Join Now’ on the dashboard.
How can I see my points?
You can view your current points status in the Hair Miles widget. You will also receive an e-mail notification when you have earned new points.

Can I collect points retroactively?
No. You are only eligible to receive points on purchases made after becoming a member of our Hair Miles programme. You will receive 500 Hair Miles on sign-up.
Is there a limit to the number of Hair Miles I can earn?
No. There is no limit to the number of Hair Miles you can earn. However, points and rewards do have an expiry date.
If I accidentally use a different email at checkout will i still get my points?
Please contact us at info@harklinikken.com with your order number, order e-mail and the e-mail address associated with your Hair Miles account so that we can assist you in crediting your Hair Miles to the correct account.
Will Hair Miles be deducted from my account if I cancel or return my order?
Yes. Cancelled and/or refunded orders are not eligible for Hair Miles, which will subsequently be deducted from your account.
